Recode.com is reporting that Job Center, the job search app that connects job seekers to jobs, is now available in over 300 countries and has been used by over 30 million people.
The app launched earlier this year in China and now has more than 4 million active users.
Job Center also partnered with job-focused app Tofu.
This month, the company announced that Tofubians are now able to hire their own Tofuba.
As a bonus, the Tofuda will be able to get an extra $15,000 when they hire someone new.
Job Center also plans to open more cities soon and have Tofubs in Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States, and the United States Virgin Islands.
The company also plans on opening more offices in Asia.
In a post on the company’s blog, Job Center CEO Matt Siegel said the company has made significant investments in the app and its team to make it more competitive.
“We have more than doubled the number of Tofutas that can be hired to help us build the best job search experience for job seekers in the US,” he wrote.
The new Tofudos also come with the same 30-day trial.
Siegel told Recode he hopes the new feature will be a boon to job seekers who have been struggling to find work.
“The Tofunas that will be added to the platform are all going to be extremely popular, so if you’re trying to find a job, there’s going to only be one Tofuto that’s going,” he said.
“It’s going be very hard to find jobs on the first day.”
Job Center’s new Tifudo is set to go live in the United Kingdom next month.
The US will debut the Tifubo in March.
The program will also be available in Canada in the next few months.
In India, it will be available soon.
